Pro/Con: The company does produce a good variety of liquid meal replacements and diet shakes. They have a variety of foods to supplement your diet and they are not shy about trying to convert you to being a client for life. This is good because they focus on long-term nutrition. It is bad because it overemphasizes dietary supplements that are expensive. A balanced diet should be achieved through choice of regular foods. The program also de-emphasizes exercise.
